As digital identity consultants, we serve to help users achieve their unique identity goals. With the acquisition of HelloFlow, a workflow orchestration platform, we redesigned our platform in order to service new customers, and to inspire old ones.
Out with the old
The current platform feels outdated and disconnected from our brand marketing, which fails to create an engaging first impression. The landing page lacks clarity, making it difficult for users to find essential information, while complex navigation and limited customization leave them feeling frustrated and overwhelmed.
...and in with the new.
With our redesign, the platform is now intuitive, personalized, and aligned with our brand identity. A streamlined landing page will provide clear, impactful information, while enhanced customization and simplified navigation will empower users, making their experience feel seamless, efficient, and engaging.
DISCOVERY
Research, research, research.
Forming the foundation of our approach, we needed to gain some insight towards our user base, their patterns of behaviours, and what they need from us to help make their experience better. We determined that casting a wide net and garnering a breadth of knowledge was the best way for us find any patterns in the data.

After taking a look at the insights, we understood that we had two core groups of users: those who were viewing the platform at high level, and those who perform day-to-day verification and identity related tasks.

Sharpening our focus
With an overwhelming amount of information to sift through, our insights revealed a disconnect between our platform branding and user experience made the first touchpoint feel uninspiring. Complex navigation, hard-to-find information, and limited customization can lead to frustration and disengagement. A more intuitive, personalized, and streamlined experience is key to building user trust and engagement. We decided to focus on three main pillars:

To create a unified yet flexible platform, we’ve integrated a widget system in order to let users tailor their experience with graphs, charts, and personalized recommendations, ensuring a that every user’s unique needs are met via a seamless, intuitive experience that adapts to their unique needs.

Smart Search AI
AI is essential in tech, and our platform benefits from it. Many users log in to troubleshoot or access niche identity verification info, previously requiring support tickets.
By integrating generative AI, we streamline search, giving users instant access to Trulioo’s knowledge hub without delays.
